Trick or treat

The month of October means pumpkin spice lattes, scary makeup tutorials and Halloween madness. Although originally it was a Celtic/Anglo-Saxon holiday, Halloween has spread all over the world and in the past couple of years it has reached our little country too. Therefore we would like to recommend you some thrilling programs for this weekend. So prepare yourself, carve your pumpkin, collect the candies and put your costume on!

Halloween feast in Trattoria Gozsdu

Spend a spooky lunch at Trattoria Gozsdu! Famous for its Italian taste, Trattoria has put together a unique autumn menu for the holiday. The starter course is salad a’la Nizza or pumpkin cream soup with chestnut. For main course you can choose between Lasagna Bolognaise, buckwheat meatball with mushy pies or pizza with salami and onion. To round off this Halloween menu, they serve cheesecake with pistachio coconut cream as dessert. The menu is available on weekdays between 12:00 -15:00

Halloween MADness

Participate in a super crazy and gruesome party in the heart of Budapest. On 29^th of October the best Halloween party will be in MAD Budapest. The phenomenal mood is guaranteed by DJ Gozth and Mr. Mack, who will bring the most twerking R&B music. Free entrance until 11 PM, after that 500 HUF for the ladies and 1500 HUF for the gentlemen. Masquerade party in Klikk Bistrobar.

If you’re looking for a real dress up party Klikk is the perfect place for you. On the night of Halloween (31th of October) frightening creatures will invade the Gozsdu court. Everyone who dresses up for the occasion will get a free Klikk shot at the entrance. Don’t miss out!

Weekend chill and Jack-o’-lantern festival

This unusual festival will take place on the outstanding Heroes’ Square on 29^th of October between 7 and 9 PM. You can bring your personally designed pumpkin or just delight in the other’s arts.  This event will be more than just an entertaining exhibition. The organisers ask everyone to bring some canned food, which will be donated to children in need with the help of GYEA (http://www.gyea.hu/). Connect pleasure with charity and make a donation in the spirit of Halloween.
